WIFI-Potential Analysis now offered in CEE/SEE
Bad decisions concerning recruitment of staff lead to employees being in the wrong positions, high costs and unmotivated staff,and have a negative effect on the working atmosphere. It isn‘t only the company that suffers; those directly affected are the employees themselves. This is the case for people starting their career as much as for those already in it, who have been moved into a different position or promoted - or who have changed the employer.
The potential analysis developed by WIFI for people applying for their first job, staff who are ready to change jobs and companies is very helpful in this situation.

On the basis of scientific psychological testing procedures, an acute profile of abilities, personality (social competence), interests, qualifications and learning aptitude is produced. The results are then discussed in a personal interview with the person tested. In this way, clarity is gained on whether the specification for the position in question will be fulfilled, and the snapshot personal analysis also shows in which areas the candidate could develop further.
